Delivery and Returns
DUE TO THE DISRUPTION CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 VIRUS, OUR DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE WILL FOR THE TIME BEING BE WORKING WITH A REDUCED NUMBER OF STAFF- THIS MAY RESULT IN SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER TAKING A FEW DAYS LONGER THAN USUAL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.
We will endeavour to despatch all orders within three to five working days of receipt, providing items are available. We advise you allow up to 21 days at busy times, such as the run up to Christmas.
GROUND SHIP - All US orders under the value of $150.00 will incur a shipping charge of $25.00. Orders valued at $150 or more will incur a shipping charge of $40. Ground Ship Orders usually arrive within 3-6 business days (Mon - Fri) of shipping.
ALASKA, HAWAII AND U.S TERRITORY SHIPPING - Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands will incur a delivery charge of $50.00.

While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier Company actions which are beyond our control. We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate and advise you of the expected delivery time.
Please do not take delivery of any packages or cartons that are damaged or open and ask the Carrier to return the parcel or parcels to us. We will then contact you to ask if you wish for a re-delivery or refund.
No invoice details are included within our packages unless requested. To request an invoice please contact us.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from William Yeoward Crystal. If you however wish to return any items from your purchase we are happy to provide a refund or exchange providing the goods are unused and in their original packaging, in a fully resalable condition. To receive a refund, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
For your security and peace of mind when returning items to us, we advise using a professional packing service and insuring your shipment as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. The cost of return freight and insurance is your responsibility.
In order to arrange a refund, return or exchange you must obtain a returns authorisation code. To obtain your returns authorisation code please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive a reply with an authorisation code that you will need to quote on all correspondence and instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Please note that the original delivery charges will not be refunded. Your payment will be refunded by William Yeoward Crystal as soon as possible by the original payment method. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days from the date of the receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where the goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.
