Welcome to the William Yeoward Crystal website terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing and using this website to place an order you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and ourselves will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have your written instructions from you not to proceed or we cannot accept the order. Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
Orders can be accepted online or by telephone.
Orders that are placed online will be acknowledged by email. This does not guarantee however that we can satisfy your order and we will contact you promptly if your order cannot be delivered within our normal delivery time or if there is a price change, and a refund made if instructed by you. We will never vary your order without your consent.
You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards and Paypal.
All prices shown on our website are in US Dollars but exclude any shipping charges. We take great care that the prices quoted are accurate but reserve the right to amend any prices if required and we will contact you should this occur to seek your instructions.
Each product is sold subject to its product description. All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on the website. By using the site you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non- delivery.
The security of your payment is taken very seriously, and your order is placed on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which is the internet standard used to transfer information in a secure environment. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and to edit any materials or content without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold, or by removing or editing any products or content on the website, or by refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
We will try to despatch all orders within three to five days of receipt, providing items are available. Please allow for up to 21 days at busy times, such as the run up to Christmas.
While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier Company actions which are beyond our control. We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
Ground Ship - All US orders under the value of $150.00 will incur a delivery charge of $25.00. Orders over the value of $150.00 will incur a delivery charge of $40.00.
Ground Ship Orders usually arrive within 3-6 business days of shipping.

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will investigate and advise you of the expected delivery time.
Please do not take delivery of any packages or cartons that are damaged or open and ask the Carrier to return the parcel or parcels to us. We will then contact you to ask if you wish for a re-delivery or refund.
No invoice details are included within our packages unless requested. To request an invoice please contact us.
Your purchase can be gift wrapped free of charge if requested in our check out procedure. In this case we will wrap your gift in our signature solid colour wrap with grosgrain ribbon when the wrap option is requested. We will contact you regarding additional wrap fees for larger orders or if your purchase cannot be gift wrapped. Your personal message will be handwritten on a gift card which will be placed in the gift box.
We will always take great care to make sure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if your goods are found to be damaged or faulty on receipt please contact us or telephone 1-800-818-8484 within 14 days of delivery to you advising us of the problem. We will then issue a returns authorisation code and instructions on how to return the goods to us. We will arrange for a Carrier to collect the goods, which should be wrapped in their original packaging, and ask that you obtain from the Carrier a receipt confirming they have collected the goods for return to us. On receiving your goods back we will check for the reported damage or fault and will refund you or replace the goods as requested. We will not be liable for the return Carrier costs if the goods are found to be in perfect condition and this cost will be deducted from the refund. We cannot accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from William Yeoward Crystal. If you however wish to return any items from your purchase we are happy to provide a refund or exchange providing the goods are unused and in their original packaging, in a fully resalable condition. To receive a refund, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
For your security and peace of mind when returning items to us, we h2ly advise using a professional packing service and insuring your shipment as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. The cost of return freight and insurance is your responsibility.
In order to arrange a refund, return or exchange you must obtain a returns authorisation code. To obtain your returns authorisation code please contact us.
You will receive a reply with an authorisation code that you will need to quote on all correspondence and instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Please note that the original delivery charges will not be refunded. Your payment will be refunded by William Yeoward Crystal as soon as possible by the original payment method. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days from the date of the receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where the goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We reserve the right to amend any part of our website and to withdraw products if required.
